03 / Declaration of Conformity

PPWR Declarations in the format the regulation requires.

From 12 August 2026, every packaging type on the EU market needs a Declaration of Conformity in the format prescribed by Annex VIII of EU Regulation 2025/40. PackR8 generates them pre-filled from the packaging database, with a digital signatory workflow, and a linked evidence archive.

05 / Recyclability engine

Article 6 grades, computed — not guessed.

PPWR Article 6 requires every packaging unit to be Design-for-Recycling graded A, B, or C by 2030. PackR8 computes the grade from the material composition, layer structure, adhesive type, colourant system, and decoration — cross-referenced with EN 13430:2004 and scheme-specific assessment grids.

How does PackR8 assess packaging recyclability?

Can PackR8 integrate with our ERP?

Yes. REST API and field-mapping interface for packaging master data, sales volumes, and supplier records. Bi-directional sync is supported. Standard ERPs include SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite; non-standard systems are handled via the generic API.
