SKU volume
Total finished-good SKUs in scope. This is the single biggest driver — PackR8 is pricier for 50,000 SKUs than for 500.

EU markets
Each EPR scheme we file against (NL, DE, BE, FR, ES, PL) adds a per-market footprint. Single-market deployments are the most common entry.

Integration surface
ERP connectors (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor) and system-of-record integrations. 2 integrations included; more are priced separately.

Onboarding depth
Standard onboarding is included. Full data-migration from legacy spreadsheets, or supplier-portal rollout to 50+ suppliers, is an added consulting engagement.

Why no public tiers on the pricing page?
Packaging compliance scope varies dramatically by SKU volume, number of EU markets, and integration surface. A published tier would either underprice most accounts or scare off fits. A 15-minute scoping call gives you a firm number without either of us guessing.
Is PackR8 priced per user?
No. PackR8 is priced by SKU volume and markets. Invite as many sustainability, packaging, and compliance colleagues as you need — unused seats don't cost you anything, and we want the whole team on the system.
Is there a minimum commitment?
PackR8 contracts are annual. Month-to-month pilots are available for qualified prospects (typically 4–6 weeks, scoped to a single product line). Ask your account contact.
Do you offer implementation support?
Yes. Every PackR8 subscription includes standard onboarding by Circular Vision consultants — the same team that built the platform. We've run PPWR readiness projects for 40+ EU brands, so your onboarding isn't an intern with a runbook, it's the people who shaped the product.
What does a typical PackR8 quote include?
Platform access (unlimited users), covered EU EPR markets, up to 2 ERP integration connectors, supplier portal, full API access, and standard onboarding. Additional EU markets, custom integrations, or large-scale data migrations are priced separately and transparently.
Do prices change mid-contract if regulations change?
No. Regulatory updates — new PPWR annexes, EPR scheme changes, new scheme coverage — are included in your annual subscription. When Article 26 verification kicks in or a new EU market rolls out, you're not charged extra.
